Job description

Overall Purpose of the Job:
  1. To coordinate the delivery of Postgraduate Research (PGR) operations, wellbeing and support, recruitment and admissions, policy and governance, or processes and systems (dependent upon assignment), and supervise the work of assigned colleagues in these areas.
  2. To support colleagues in embedding a culture of excellent service provision and continuous improvement across the University, prioritizing the student experience, with support for a single Professional Services (PS) team working flexibly across organizational boundaries.
  3. To assist senior colleagues in delivering Postgraduate Research (PGR) operations, wellbeing and support, recruitment and admissions, policy and governance, or processes and systems (dependent upon assignment).
