Responsibilities

• Reporting to a Doctoral School Officer the post-holder will provide high quality, customer centric support in relation to PGR operational activity.
• This will involve delivering and supporting activities across the entire student lifecycle from admissions, attendance monitoring and student support to examinations.
• There will be a strong drive to create a culture of continuous improvement and you will be expected to proactively identify and participate in the development and embedding of new initiatives designed to improve service or success rates.
