What you will do:
The Legal team plays a key role in facilitating the product and distribution goals for the funds, as well as supporting the management and governance of the funds. The team works collaboratively to support each other and the wider PGIM business functions in the development and distribution of its fund ranges.
The team now has an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal to assist with the day-to-day support of the UCITS and alternative funds, whose responsibilities will include managing country registrations, document translation, production of key information documents, and reviewing offering materials and commercial contracts. The role will report directly to the head of the Legal team supporting the European funds. This is a hybrid role where you will be expected to be in the office three days per week.
