As a PFS Specialist Admin Support, you will play a crucial role in supporting the PFS Specialist team in creating, maintaining, and measuring product and category level sales and availability. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with multiple colleagues and contractors to ensure the highest possible reporting accuracy and maximise uptime to our customers. You will need to understand performance trends and leverage your strong analytical skills to support the PFS Specialists in influencing outcomes.

What you need to do

  • You will be responsible for the accurate entry of data into core systems.
  • Support commercial activity as required.
  • Escalate inaccurate or missing data issues as required.
  • Work with our tech and service partners to resolve issues.
  • Act as second line support for Trading Assist and Central Team data queries.
  • Maintain 100% accurate data concerning our remote manned H&S tests to ensure we are legally compliant.
  • Run ad-hoc and regular reports as required by our central, retail and tech teams.
  • Work closely with both our commercial teams and tech stakeholders to ensure that new ambitions are met and achieved right first time.
  • Produce Excel reports reporting on sales and stock loss.
  • Maximise fuel and valeting availability by liaising with contractors and stores.
  • Manage the communications to stores and contractors for investment roll out programmes.
  • Manage the Health and Safety testing programme at our remote manned sites.
  • Process drive off and outstanding payment queries.
  • Drive reporting to improve forecast accuracy.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to drive accurate reporting and understand performance trends.
  • Support the PFS Specialists in influencing outcomes through strong analytical skills.
  • Contribute to creating an inclusive culture and actively participate in sharing best practices across the team.

  • Excellent Excel and MS Office skills – Ability to manage large datasets within Exceland provide examples of

  • Ability to manage timely communications for projects
  • Ability to track issues at a site level and chase for updates in a timely manner
  • Ability to create, interpret, and use data to drive and influence commercial decisions.

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving dynamic retail environment.
