You will work with the SPC Manager to ensure compliance with contracts, statutory and regulatory requirements while driving strong performance.

Key duties include administering project agreements and FMAs, monitoring performance, managing variations and supporting budgets, reporting and client/stakeholder relations.

Qualifikationen

• Operational-phase PFI project experience is essential.
• Strong contract, operational and performance management skills required.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations is advantageous.

• Support day-to-day governance of PFI SPVs and related contracts.
• Administer project agreements, FMAs and other contracts.
• Monitor performance against contractual requirements and manage variations.
• Support budgets, statutory reporting, audits and performance reporting.
• Build relationships with clients, service providers, investors and lenders.
• Assist in risk reviews and remedial actions when needed.
