A leading facilities management company is seeking a candidate for a performance monitoring role within their Public Sector division. The position involves assessing performance across PFI contracts, ensuring compliance with service level agreements, and tracking key performance indicators. Ideal candidates will have strong knowledge of performance monitoring, excel proficiency, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Must have Right to Work in the UK.
  • An enhanced DBS will be completed for the successful candidate.
  • Experience of working within a PFI contracted service provision arrangement desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure effective performance monitoring and reporting across the PFI contracts.
  • Assess PFI performance across various sites, ensuring compliance with SLAs.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide strategic support.

Skills

Knowledge of contractual and performance monitoring programmes
Proven experience in auditing and performance monitoring
High level of IT proficiency, particularly in Excel
Operational understanding of Soft Service elements
Report writing

About The Role:

Working Days:Monday to Friday 9-5pm

To ensure effective performance monitoring and reporting across the PFI contracts. This role involves assessing PFI performance across various sites, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and providing strategic support to the Head of PFI Commercial & Compliance and Contract Managers for continuous improvement and contractual performance efficacy.

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

  • Must have Right to Work in the UK
  • An enhanced DBS will be completed for the successful candidate.
    • Knowledge of contractual and performance monitoring programmes essential
    • Undergraduate degree in a relevant field preferrable
    • Proven experience in auditing and performance monitoring, with a focus on accuracy and detail.
    • Experience of working within a PFI contracted service provision arrangement desirable
    • Strong knowledge of administrative processes, especially around month-end reporting and KPI tracking.
    • High level of IT proficiency, particularly in Excel and database management.
    • Operational understanding of all Soft Service elements
    • Experience in the management of change and continual improvement programs
    • Report writing.
    • Ability to develop and implement process documents and liaise with subject matter experts.
