The Technical Estates Lifecycle Manager is responsible for managing the lifecycle of buildings at the Oxford Road Campus, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and NHS policies while minimizing disruption to clinical services.
The Technical Estates Lifecycle Manager (ORC) is responsible for managing the subcontracted lifecycle of buildings at the Oxford Road Campus and other sites serviced by the PFI Contract. They ensure that buildings, plant, and infrastructure are lifecycled within statutory requirements, aligned with Trust and industry best practices, and in accordance with NHS policies, all while minimizing disruption to clinical services. They lead collaboration with Lifecycle Partners to deliver patient, staff, and visitor-focused services throughout lifecycle schemes.
