Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced PFAS Lead to enhance their UK PFAS service offering. This role will focus on work winning, revenue growth, and market positioning within the Contaminated Land business.

The ideal candidate will have a solid track record in delivering environmental projects and strong technical knowledge of PFAS contamination. Opportunities include leveraging senior client relationships and guiding strategy for PFAS capabilities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in developing client relationships and securing repeat business.
• Ability to translate complex technical issues into clear, commercially focused solutions.
• Experience leading bids and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Originate and develop PFAS-related opportunities.
• Build and maintain senior client relationships.
• Provide strategic advice on regulatory risk and remediation approaches.
• Lead major bids and proposals.
• Define and implement the UK PFAS growth strategy.
