Job summary

WSP is seeking an experienced PFAS Lead to shape and grow UK PFAS services within the Ground & Water team. You will drive revenue growth, lead major bids, and provide technical leadership across complex PFAS projects, including site investigations and remediation design.

You will engage with regulators and clients at senior levels, develop growth strategies, and build a high-performing UK PFAS capability aligned with global expertise.

Qualifications

• Experience in PFAS contamination risk assessment and remediation.
• Proven track record of winning bids and securing major commissions.
• Strong commercial mindset with leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Originates, develops and converts a strong PFAS pipeline.
• Leads major bids, defines winning strategies and client solutions.
• Acts as external face of UK PFAS capability and builds senior client relationships.
• Provides technical leadership across PFAS projects including site investigation and remediation design.
• Defines UK PFAS growth strategy and integrates with global PFAS expertise.
• Builds and leads a high-performing team and aligns capacity with pipeline growth.
