Job Overview

Your primary responsibility will be to provide professional support to our customers, working closely with the Garden Centre Manager to help the business succeed.

Rota:

Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday 09:00-18:00

Week 2: Sunday 09:00-17:30, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 09:00-18:00

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone by greeting all customers and offering assistance.
  • Handle customer queries courteously and efficiently.
  • Identify customer needs through interaction and take appropriate action.
  • Maintain high standards of merchandising and housekeeping according to company guidelines.
