HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

The team is responsible for all consumer and wholesale marketing in the UK, Europe, and several other territories.

The successful candidate will deliver a strong marketing, communications, and advertising program for Peter Millar to drive brand and commercial growth. Bringing solid experience in marketing, the candidate will focus on delivering existing initiatives as well as researching new activations, ideally with an interest in golf. Curiosity, initiative, and a commercial mindset will be essential to succeed in this varied, exciting position.

  • Maintain high customer brand advocacy while increasing brand awareness.
  • Drive new and existing partnerships to meet commercial objectives and brand growth.
  • Manage brand ambassador/influencer deliveries and develop relationships with new partners and their representatives.
  • Maintain trusted relationships with members of trade and consumer media outlets, activating regularly.
  • Manage the delivery of all marketing collateral to support the Sales team.
  • Manage and brief creative requests on behalf of internal and external stakeholders to US HQ.
  • Deliver all communications and annual marketing plans with wholesale customers.
  • Work closely with the Ecommerce team to deliver the email marketing calendar.
  • Own product seeding initiatives, leading promotional orders from start to finish.
  • Assist on event delivery for key events such as store openings/activations, The Open, Ryder Cup, Alfred Dunhill Links Championship, and more.
  • Other essential duties as assigned.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • Previous experience in a mid-senior level marketing role with an interest in golf or sporting goods.
  • Established relationships within golf.
  • A proactive approach and ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and problem-solving skills.
  • A keen eye for detail.
  • Enjoyment of copywriting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Flexibility to work across different time zones periodically.
