Jollyes Pets in Dunfermline is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Assistant to join our team. You will help pet parents, assist customers with finding products, and suggest extras to support pet wellbeing.

The role is part-time (12 hours per week) with shifts including evenings and weekends. We offer a range of benefits and a vibrant, supportive team culture at a growing, award-winning retailer.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing environment is preferred.
• Hands-on approach to retail tasks and customers.

• Ability to cover evenings and weekends as shifts vary.
• Part-time, permanent role with 12 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Share advice to promote responsible pet ownership and product care.
• Keep the store tidy, stocked and looking its best; work as part of a supportive team.
