Jollyes Pets in Yeovil is hiring a Retail Sales Assistant to help pet parents find what they need and share tips for responsible pet ownership. You’ll join a friendly team in a busy store, with training and opportunities to progress into leadership or support roles.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing retail environment preferred.
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced store.
• Willingness to learn product knowledge and upsell where appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store and provide friendly, helpful service.
• Help customers find products and suggest additional items.
