Job Description:

As the Sales Coordinator, you will work closely with the Sales Executive on the selling, organizing, and planning of events such as meetings, conferences, dinners, and other events like drinks and parties.

Main Tasks:

  1. Organization and communication of events from A to Z.
  2. Drafting and managing contracts and offers with external parties.
  3. Assisting clients with F&B choices, decoration, technical equipment, and event completion (Upselling).
  4. Responsible for clear communication to relevant departments about event details, both orally and through event sheets.
  5. Follow-up with clients for future bookings.
  6. Attend weekly BEO and staff meetings to discuss current events.
  7. Participate in major hotel business activities and events.
  8. Organize site visits for existing and potential clients.

Qualifications:

  • Good spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Excellent sales skills and creative ideas for events.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Enthusiastic, positive attitude.
  • Flexible and adaptable to change.
  • Experience with Opera software is a plus.

Salary range: £20,000 to £22,000 gross per year.
