As a Service Specialist you will:

• Build and retain relationships with customers, including Global brands
• Have excellent communication skills
• Control and eradicate pests responsibly
• Problem solve and offer solutions
• Deliver verbal and written reports using the latest Apple technology
• Manage your workload by planning your diary efficiently
• Manage stock levels to service customers effectively
• Take a proactive and reactive approach to your work
