Pests R Us Ltd is seeking a reliable Pest Control Technician to join our busy London team. You will visit domestic and commercial properties, identify pest problems, and carry out treatments while advising customers on prevention.

The role offers full training, a competitive hourly rate (£14–£17) and opportunities to develop specialist pest-control and property-maintenance skills. Driving licence is preferred, and reports are submitted via mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Attend scheduled domestic and commercial pest control appointments.
• Investigate pest activity and identify cause and extent of infestations.
• Identify common pests (rats, mice, cockroaches, bed bugs, etc.).
• Carry out pest control treatments safely using approved methods.
• Set, inspect and maintain traps and monitoring equipment.
• Complete follow-up visits and assess treatment effectiveness.
• Provide customers with actionable prevention advice.
• Document treatment reports, photos and job records.
• Communicate with the office about completed jobs and follow-ups.
• Maintain equipment, PPE and company vehicles.
