Ernest Gordon Recruitment is helping a growing pest control specialist in Oxfordshire recruit a Pest Control Technician with BPCA Level 2. You will cover a local patch across Oxfordshire and surrounding areas, delivering proactive and preventative pest control to domestic and commercial clients.

This field-based role offers an autonomous 8-hour day with flexible start times and significant overtime and commission opportunities.

Qualifications

• BPCA Level 2 pest control qualification.
• Full UK driving licence or equivalent required.
• Field-based pest control experience within Oxfordshire or surrounding areas preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visit commercial and domestic sites across Oxfordshire patch.
• Carry out planned and reactive pest control services.
• Identify pest issues and implement preventative and treatment solutions.
• Complete site reports and maintain accurate records.
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide quality service.

Are you a Pest Control Technician with BPCA Level 2 looking to take the next step in your career with clear progression into a senior or management position?

This growing pest control specialist provides proactive and preventative pest control solutions to a wide range of domestic and commercial clients across Oxfordshire and the surrounding areas. With a strong focus on staff wellbeing and service quality, the company offers a varied workload, ongoing development, and clear opportunities to progress into more senior positions.

In this role, you will visit a variety of commercial and domestic sites across a local Oxfordshire patch, carrying out planned and reactive pest control services. You will identify pest issues, implement preventative and treatment solutions, complete site reports, and build strong relationships with customers. The role offers an autonomous working environment with 8-hour days, flexible start times and plenty of overtime available.

This role would suit a Pest Control Technician with BPCA Level 2 who is looking for a varied, field-based position within a local patch, with the opportunity to increase their earnings through overtime and commission and progress into a Supervisor or Management position.

The Role:

• Field-based role covering Oxfordshire and surrounding areas
• Carrying out proactive and preventative pest control services
• Attending a variety of commercial and domestic sites
• 8-hour days with flexible start times, 40 hours per week
• Significant overtime and commission available

The Person:

• Previous experience as a Pest Control Technician or similar
• Full UK driving licence
• Based in Oxfordshire or the surrounding areas
