Overview

Eraserpest, a leading provider of pest control services across East Anglia, is experiencing continued growth and has an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused Pest Control Technician to join our dynamic team. Based within a 60-mile radius of Haverhill, this role is ideal for individuals with industry experience, those seeking a career change, or those eager to start a new profession in pest control.

Responsibilities

• As a Pest Control Technician, you will be the face of our service, managing inspections and treatments for both commercial and residential clients.
• You’ll also have the chance to identify and promote additional services where applicable, ensuring our clients receive the best solutions possible.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: Up to £28,500 per year, based on qualifications and experience.
• Trainee Starting Salary: £23,000, increasing to £28,500 upon qualification.
• Additional Earnings: Overtime, commission, and incentives to boost your take-home pay.
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday with occasional overtime or weekend work as required.

What We’re Looking For

• While experience in pest control is preferred, we welcome applications from proactive individuals with the right attitude and work ethic. Full training will be provided for inexperienced candidates.

Minimum Requirements

• Full UK driver’s license
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Reside within a 15-mile radius of Haverhill
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and systematic approach to work
• Comfortable using mobile phone applications
