Rentokil Initial is seeking a Pest Control Technician to cover Redhill / Oxted / Hawley and surrounding areas. No prior experience required as comprehensive training is provided. You will manage your own schedule, solve customer problems in person, and deliver excellent service.

The role offers a competitive package (£27,788 base + £3,000 SE allowance; OTE ~£35,000), a company vehicle, fuel card, and benefits including RI Rewards and pension. DBS may be required depending on the position.

The Role

Your role as a Pest Control Technician will involve covering a dedicated geographical area and providing support to our customers by resolving their pest issues. Key responsibilities include:

• Inspecting customer premises for signs of pests and identifying potential risks.
• Swiftly tackling pest problems by cleaning and removing evidence of pest behaviour.
• Offering valuable advice to customers on the maintenance and hygiene of their premises.
• Completing accurate reports after every visit.
• Providing exceptional customer service and upholding a professional image at all times.
• Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points.
• Educated to GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English at level C (Grade 4) or above.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs.
• You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role you have applied for
