Job summary

Rentokil Initial is hiring a Pest Control Technician to cover Southall / Hounslow and surrounding areas. You will inspect premises, address pest issues, and advise customers on hygiene and maintenance while building a professional relationship with clients.

No prior experience is required as comprehensive training is provided, and there is a clear progression path with overtime and bonus schemes. A company vehicle and other benefits are included in a full-time role.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence held for more than two years with no more than six penalty points.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs.
• DBS check may be required depending on the role.

Responsibilities

• Inspect customer premises for signs of pests and identify risks.

We are currently seeking a Pest Control Technician to join our dedicated team covering Southall / Hounslow and surrounding areas. No prior experience required as we provide comprehensive, industry-leading training. The Role

Your role as a Pest Control Technician will involve covering a dedicated geographical area and providing support to our customers by resolving their pest issues. Key responsibilities include:

• Inspecting customer premises for signs of pests and identifying potential risks.
• Swiftly tackling pest problems by cleaning and removing evidence of pest behaviour.
• Offering valuable advice to customers on the maintenance and hygiene of their premises.
• Completing accurate reports after every visit.
• Providing exceptional customer service and upholding a professional image at all times.

• Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points.
• Educated to GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English at level C (Grade 4) or above.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs.
• You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role you have applied for
