Job summary

Omega is seeking an experienced Mobile Pest Control Technician in the United Kingdom to deliver comprehensive pest control services, including proofing, across stores, depots and living sites. You will perform thorough inspections, prioritise safety, and identify environmental factors contributing to pest activity.

You will travel to multiple sites, conduct proactive risk-based visits, and work with teams to implement effective, tailored solutions while adhering to a 40-hour week and benefit

Qualifications

• Certifications in pest control required or equivalent.
• Experience in pest control environments preferred.
• 40 hour week with standard core hours 8am–5pm.
• Travel time paid after half hour each way.
• Company pension matched up to 5%.

Job description

My client is on the lookout for an experienced Mobile Pest Control Technician to join the team.

You will provide complete pest control services (including proofing) to control all pest species covered under contract and, by thorough inspection, identify any environmental conditions conducive to any pest activity whether covered by the contract or not. This requires visiting stores, supermarkets, depots and living sites.

• Conduct proactive and risk-based reactive visits to stores, supermarkets, depots, living sites, and Express chains
• Perform thorough and professional pest inspections, always prioritizing Health & Safety and hygiene regulations.
• Become a root cause analysis expert, leveraging the latest technology to identify the underlying factors contributing to pest activity.
• Collaborate with our innovative teams to develop and implement effective, tailored solutions.

Qualifications & Experience – Pest Control Technician

• Royal Society of Health Cert in Pest Control or British Pest Control Association Diploma’s Part 1 and 2.
• Experience within a pest control environment
• 40 hour week (core hours 8am – 5pm)
• Travel time paid after half hour each way
