Vergo Pest Management Ltd - Pest Control Foot Technician

Vergo Pest Management Ltd is the largest independent national pest service provider in the UK. Due to continued growth, we have a fantastic opportunity for a customer-facing Pest Control Foot Technician to join our team in the Victoria/Kensington area of Central London. Whether you are experienced in the industry, looking for a change, or starting your career, we want to hear from you.

Our comprehensive pest management services include rodent control, bird management, insect control, and wildlife management.

You will be at the forefront of our service for commercial, residential, and government properties, visiting customers to conduct inspections, treatments, and promote additional work when opportunities arise.

Our salary package is up to £29,500, based on qualifications and experience, plus up to £5,000 additional London Weighting Allowance. All technicians have the opportunity to increase their take-home pay by up to £6,000 through leads, commissions, bonus schemes, and incentives.

Experience in this field is preferred; however, we provide excellent training for inexperienced candidates and seek individuals with initiative, the right attitude, and work ethic. Trainee starting salary is £26,740, rising to £28,000 upon qualification.

Candidate Requirements:

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Live within a 40-mile radius of the advertised area
• Ability to work effectively and independently with minimal supervision
• Methodical and systematic approach to work
• Comfortable using mobile phone apps
• Excellent attention to detail
