Pest Control Foot Technician - Paddington/King's Cross

Vergo Pest Management Ltd is the largest independent national pest service provider in the UK. Due to ongoing growth, we are offering a fantastic opportunity for a customer-facing Pest Control Foot Technician to join our team in the Paddington/King's Cross area of Central London. Whether you are experienced in the industry, seeking a change, or starting your career, we want to hear from you.

Our comprehensive pest management services include rodent control, bird management, insect control, and wildlife management.

You will be at the forefront of our service delivery for commercial, residential, and government properties. Your responsibilities will include visiting customers to conduct inspections, carry out treatments, and promote additional work when opportunities arise.

Our salary package is up to £29,500, based on qualifications and experience, plus up to £5,000 additional London Weighting Allowance. Additionally, all technicians have the opportunity to increase their earnings by up to £6,000 through leads, commissions, bonus schemes, and incentives.

While experience is preferred, we provide excellent training for inexperienced candidates and are always looking for individuals who show initiative and possess the right attitude and work ethic. Trainee starting salary is £26,740, rising to £28,000 when qualified.

Minimum Requirements:

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Reside within a 40-mile radius of the advertised area
• The ability to work effectively and independently with minimal supervision
• Methodical and systematic approach to work
• Comfortable using mobile phone apps
• Excellent attention to detail
