Job summary

Triumph Consultants Ltd seeks a Pest Control Officer to provide safe, high‑quality pest control across domestic and commercial premises. You will investigate pest issues, carry out treatments and advise on preventing infestations.

Requirements include relevant pest control qualifications (ideally RSPH/BPCA Level 2), a full UK driving licence and the ability to travel between sites, plus strong customer service skills and health & safety awareness.

Qualifications

Relevant pest control qualification (RSPH/BPCA Level 2) is preferred.
Experience in pest control across domestic and commercial settings.
Full UK driving licence and ability to travel between sites.
Able to work independently and as part of a team with good customer service.
Willingness to undertake a DBS check and adhere to health & safety policies.

Responsibilities

Assess and respond to pest control requests, investigating issues and identifying solutions.
Carry out inspections, treatments and preventative work safely and in line with policies.
Prepare quotes, costings and treatment plans for services.
Provide professional pest control advice to residents, businesses and stakeholders.
Take appropriate enforcement action where required and maintain records.
