As a Personnel Security Specialist at Cadent, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our people and infrastructure by leading the delivery of National Security Vetting (NSV) and personnel risk management across the business. This is a high-trust, high-impact role where your expertise in vetting, risk assessment, and protective security will directly support Cadent's mission to protect the UK's energy infrastructure.
You'll work closely with HR, government departments, and internal stakeholders to ensure that our personnel security practices are robust, compliant, and aligned with national standards. You'll also be a key voice in shaping our security culture and leading initiatives that protect our people and assets.
