Your remit will include:
- Developing and implementing people management strategies: Exercising proven strategies regarding people development and facilitating effective implementation of new initiatives across all departments and levels.
- Employee relations: Assisting management in resolving escalated employee issues, conducting investigations, and recommending actions for sensitive situations.
- Strategic HR development: Working with management to develop and evaluate the people strategy, providing insights to inform decision-making.
