Play a vital role in ensuring the smooth, safe and efficient movement of offshore personnel. You’ll be at the heart of the team, supporting global operations through meticulous planning, coordination and communication. This is a unique opportunity to join a world-leading offshore drilling contractor known for innovation, safety and operational excellence.

Main duties and responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • Managing crew changes end-to-end, ensuring travel, documentation and readiness are fully aligned.
  • Acting as the key contact for all personnel logistics matters for your assigned installations.
  • Liaising daily with Rig Management, Department Heads, and third-party providers.
  • Ensuring compliance with joining instructions, certifications, and medical requirements.
  • Maintaining HR systems and providing accurate reports to payroll and management.
  • Supporting on-call duties, including emergency medical repatriations.
