Job summary

Outwood Academy Hemsworth in West Yorkshire is seeking a PLC Coordinator to lead the Personalised Learning Centre and drive targeted intervention for vulnerable students. You will collaborate across multiple agencies, design bespoke courses and interventions for specific cohorts, mentor learners, and remove barriers to learning, ensuring high standards of inclusion.
