Responsibilities

• Prepare classroom for lessons and clear away resources and equipment.
• Support teacher in managing pupil behaviour and report difficulties as appropriate.
• Supervise and support pupils ensuring their safety and access to learning.
• Establish good relationships with learners and promote inclusive participation.
• Promote health, wellbeing and adherence to policies including equality and diversity.
