  • Communicate the results and learnings to create a compelling story around the impact of personalisation to key business stakeholders within the Brand division and the wider business.
  • Embed a robust experimentation culture across the Digital Marketing team.
  • Use analytics to identify data driven hypotheses to apply a control/challenger measurement framework to optimisation.

What you’ll bring

  • Strong understanding of marketing technology infrastructure and customer data structures.
  • A strong understanding of digital marketing eco-systems.
  • Strong analytical skills which you’ll apply to develop our personalisation strategy.
