Qualifications

• Lived experience of the criminal justice system (as an ex-service user) is desirable.
• Previous experience of working as a peer mentor within the prison environment or probation setting is desirable.
• Experience in working with groups or individuals to motivate and change behavior.

Responsibilities

• Develop and uphold a high-quality performance culture.
• Action referrals received from Probation Practitioners and relevant staff.
• Maintain an electronic database to record service user attendance.
