Job summary

Pact is a respected charity delivering community-based support to people with convictions, focusing on wellbeing and family relationships in Huddersfield, Dewsbury, Halifax and Bradford. The role centers on one-to-one support, group sessions and workshops to build skills in communication, resilience, parenting and coping strategies, and to evidence outcomes.

You will work with partner agencies to deliver services, uphold values, undertake induction and training, and become a valued member of our

Qualifications

• Background in supporting people with multiple and complex needs.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage sensitively.
• Experience in family work is preferred and beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one support to service users.
• Deliver group sessions and workshops to develop skills (communication, resilience, parenting, coping strategies).
• Work towards service delivery targets and evidence outcomes achieved.
