Position

Position: Personal Tutor - Remote based, with in-person observations

Salary: Up to £32,000 + performance-related bonuses

Hours: 36.5 hours a week (Monday to Friday)

As a Personal Tutor, you'll manage a caseload of learners, provide progressive visits and observations, and support their success in achieving HSC Level 4 and 5 qualifications. You’ll work with a sophisticated LMS system to monitor progress and collaborate with our Learning Support team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver innovative, impactful teaching and learning
  2. Motivate learners to achieve their work-based qualifications
  3. Manage a diverse caseload of learners across HSC levels 4/5
  4. Build strong relationships with learners and employers
  5. Provide valuable feedback to enhance learner development
Requirements

What our ideal applicant has:

  1. Minimum of Level 3 Assessor (CAVA, TAQA, D32, A1, V1)
  2. Teaching qualification (AET, PTTLS)
  3. Level 5 qualifications within the Health & Social Care sector
  4. Experience of delivering outstanding teaching and learning
  5. Experience of managing a diverse caseload
  6. Knowledge and experience of EPA
  7. Access to a car and able to travel for in-person learner observations, 1:1s and team meetings
