About the Job
  1. Actively participate in and oversee the provision of excellent service, ensuring guests feel welcomed and at ease, handling complaints efficiently, and maintaining positive guest relations.
  2. Promote fitness activities, spa treatments, and facilities to guests; participate in promotional activities; and support Sales and Marketing efforts to boost bookings and guest experiences.
  3. Deliver exercise classes and workshops, recommend wellness activities and treatments based on guest needs, and stay updated on the latest trends.
  4. Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the guest gym, fitness equipment, sauna, shower rooms, and storage areas; report issues promptly to the Engineering Team.
  5. Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards, maintain guest confidentiality, and manage inappropriate guest behavior following hotel standards.
  6. Develop positive relationships with colleagues, provide training on processes and customer service, support the reception team, and assist during busy periods.
