David Lloyd Clubs in Oxford is seeking an enthusiastic Personal Trainer to deliver high quality training sessions, create programming plans, and guide members toward their goals in a welcoming gym environment.

You will be supported to grow your client base through a 3-day PT induction and ongoing CDP courses, with a culture of belonging and potential to thrive both physically and mentally.

Qualifications

• Must hold CIMSPA Level 3 or equivalent.
• Passion for health and fitness and ability to inspire members to achieve goals.
• Excellent communication and interaction skills.
• Self-driven with a positive outlook.
• Strong customer service orientation.

As a Personal Trainer you will deliver high quality Personal Training sessions, including programming plans and guiding our members in the gym environment to support them to achieve their goals.We will support growing your client base with a 3 day PT induction and continue growing your passion within health and fitness through our CDP courses. • 50% net revenue and £5 on top when you run your 16th session each week. (minimum £16.00 per session and £21 per session from your 16th, weekly)
• Flexible working hours – You choose when you are available for 121 training sessions. (minimum 25 hours a week)

As a Personal Trainer:

• Please be aware, you must hold a minimum Level 3 CIMSPA to apply for this role
• You will have a passionate about health and fitness and able to support and inspire our members achieve their goals.
• Have overall great communication and interaction skills
• Be self-driven with a positive outlook
• Have a passion about customer service.
