David Lloyd Leisure Ltd in Basildon is seeking a passionate Personal Trainer to deliver high-quality one-to-one and small-group sessions. You will create personalized training plans and guide members in the gym to help them achieve their fitness goals.

You will have opportunities to grow your client base, participate in CDP courses, and advance your skills through our extensive training platform, all while enjoying a supportive, inclusive club culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum CIMSPA Level 3 certification required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to motivate members.
• Customer service mindset with a passion for health and fitness.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality Personal Training sessions with well-structured plans.
• Program training plans and guide members to achieve goals in the gym.
• Support growing client base and participate in continuing education.

Job description

As a Personal Trainer you will deliver high quality Personal Training sessions, including programming plans and guiding our members in the gym environment to support them to achieve their goals.We will support growing your client base with a 3 day PT induction and continue growing your passion within health and fitness through our CDP courses. We create an environment where our teams feel a sense of belonging, an environment where they can thrive, both physically and mentally whilst fulfilling their full potential.

• 50% net revenue and £5 on top when you run your 16th session each week. (minimum £16.00 per session and £21 per session from your 16th, weekly)
• Flexible working hours – You choose when you are available for 121 training sessions. (minimum 25 hours a week)
