About Us

THRIVE Fit is Leeds’s boutique training studio, specialising in one-to-one and paired sessions for busy professionals. We’re dedicated to delivering measurable, client-first results in a warm, supportive environment.

The Role

As a THRIVE Fit Personal Trainer, you will:

• Deliver a minimum of 25 sessions per week, scheduled around your peak hours.
• Provide exceptional, results-driven coaching. Your sole focus is client service and transformation.
• Benefit from our fully managed enquiries process: we handle marketing and vetting, then pass confirmed client details straight to you.
• Develop your skills through regular in-studio workshops and peer coaching sessions.

• Commission-Only: A percentage of each session revenue, with no ceiling on top end earnings.

• Qualifications: Level 3 PT certification minimum, valid First Aid, and professional liability insurance.
