Everlast Gyms, backed by Frasers Group, invites qualified Personal Trainers to grow a successful freelance business within a thriving gym environment across the UK. You’ll access an established member base, top facilities and dedicated marketing support while retaining 100% of your PT earnings.

Whether you’re an experienced PT or just starting out, Everlast Gyms offers MOVE onboarding, ongoing mentoring from a Fitness Manager, and opportunities to run group sessions and bespoke coaching services

Qualifications

• Must hold Level 3 Personal Trainer Qualification and CIMSPA Practitioner Membership.
• Public Liability Insurance of at least £2 million is required.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to grow a client base is essential.

• Conduct fitness consultations and onboarding through MOVE.

Job Description

The Role

As a freelance Personal Trainer, you'll be responsible for helping members achieve their health, fitness and performance goals through personalised coaching, exercise programming and lifestyle support.

Success in this role comes from building meaningful relationships with members, delivering exceptional coaching experiences and creating long-term client results.

To help accelerate your business growth, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Deliver personalised fitness coaching and training programmes
• Conduct fitness consultations and member onboarding through our MOVE programme
• Build and grow your Personal Training client base
• Lead Group Training sessions, workshops and member events
• Support member engagement, retention and overall gym experience

What We're Looking For

Essential Qualifications

• Level 3 Personal Trainer Qualification
• CIMSPA Practitioner Membership
