Job summary

Everlast Gyms, part of Frasers Group, invites qualified Personal Trainers to grow a thriving fitness business within a supportive gym environment. You’ll operate as a freelance Personal Trainer with access to an established member base, marketing support and opportunities to deliver Group Training classes and signature products.

Qualifications

• Must have Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification and CIMSPA Practitioner Membership.
• Public Liability Insurance of at least £2 million is required.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to grow client base and business revenue.

• Deliver personalised fitness coaching and training programmes.
• Conduct fitness consultations and client onboarding.
• Build and grow your Personal Training client base.
• Lead Group Training sessions, workshops and member events.
• Support member engagement, retention and overall gym experience.

The Role

As a freelance Personal Trainer, you'll be responsible for helping members achieve their health, fitness and performance goals through personalised coaching, exercise programming and lifestyle support.

Success in this role comes from building meaningful relationships with members, delivering exceptional coaching experiences and creating long-term client results.

What We're Looking For

Essential Qualifications

• Level 3 Personal Trainer Qualification
• CIMSPA Practitioner Membership
• Public Liability Insurance (£2 million cover or above)
