Personal Tax Supervisor/Assistant Manager - Part-time – Mid Tier 6 Partner Firm – London

Are you a Personal Tax Assistant Manager seeking a part-time tax role in London?

Our client is an established mid-tier firm and part of a Top 30 International group. Due to their international group membership, they have gained a strong portfolio of subsidiaries from overseas groups, with strengths across property, hospitality, and energy sectors.

The firm values long-term relationships with their employees and clients, leading to a stable team and client base. They offer a supportive environment and actively share expertise within the team to support staff development.

Responsibilities include:

1. Managing a diverse portfolio of personal tax clients
2. Providing advisory services to a wide range of clients
3. Liaising with HMRC to resolve queries, disputes, or request statutory and non-statutory clearances
4. Researching tax and technical queries and proposing solutions for review
5. Supervising and assisting in training junior colleagues
6. Reviewing personal tax returns

Candidate requirements:

• CTA or ACA qualified (or ACCA and STEP)
• Over 4 years of personal tax experience
• Experience managing your own portfolio, including directors of owner-managed businesses, property clients, HNWIs, landed estates, non-UK domiciled individuals, and non-resident clients
• Previous personal tax advisory experience
