Bishop Fleming is seeking a Personal Tax Manager to joins its Bristol tax team, delivering tax compliance and advisory services to business owners, landlords and high-net-worth individuals. You will mentor trainee tax accountants and work closely with senior management to provide a broad range of taxation advice.

The role offers the opportunity to progress from Assistant Manager or Manager to reach your potential within a supportive, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in private client/personal tax environment.
• Ability to build strong client relationships.
• Proven people management and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax compliance and advisory services to a range of private clients, including business owners, property landlords and high-net-worth individuals.
• Develop and coach trainee tax accountants to become accomplished business advisors.
• Collaborate with Senior Management to deliver a wide range of taxation advice (capital tax planning, remuneration planning, property tax, international tax).
• Support and contribute to the growth and success of Bishop Fleming.
