Job summary

You will handle capital taxes planning, CGT and IHT for a portfolio of HNW clients, including business owners and families, while supervising junior staff and maintaining strong client relationships. The role offers homeworking a couple of days a week.

Handle high-quality private client tax work as a key member of a respected team near Gatwick.

One of the region’s leading accountancy firms is looking to make a strategic hire into its thriving Private Client Tax team. They are keen to appoint a CTA qualified personal tax Manager, to handle a broad range of capital taxes planning and complex personal tax compliance review work.

You’ll look after a HNW portfolio of dynamic business owners, wealthy families, landed clients and trusts. In particular, you’ll utilise your knowledge of CGT and IHT planning to preserve wealth and ensure successful succession planning.

The role also involves supervising junior members of the team, overseeing their compliance work and performing very much a key client-facing role.
