Personal Tax Manager

We are looking for an experienced Personal Tax Manager to join the personal tax department in Harpenden and manage a client portfolio.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Management of a varied portfolio of personal clients.
2. Overseeing and managing a team including tax senior and trainee tax/accounts assistant.
3. Regular client communication and holding client meetings.
4. Preparing personal tax returns including computations and reconciliations.
5. Preparing or reviewing sole trader and partnership accounts, including computations.
6. Preparing partnership returns including computations and reconciliations.
7. Preparing trust returns and computations.

The Person:

ATT qualified as a minimum, CTA qualified desirable. Minimum of five years’ experience in an accountancy practice. Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong client and team relationships.
