The Role

The main duties of the role as Personal Tax Director include:

  • Working with tax partners to build an exceptional personal tax team as part of the firm's strategic growth plan.
  • Leading the delivery of complex personal tax advisory services as a member of a multi-disciplinary advisory group.
  • Proactively identifying and engaging in opportunities to deliver value.
  • Coaching and developing others.
  • Being an active member of the firm's Strategic Leadership Group.

  • The ability to Lead and Coach.
  • Supporting the Partners in the successful delivery of the firm's strategic objectives through application of outstanding subject matter expertise and entrepreneurial acumen.
