Support Worker Role in Tonbridge

We’re seeking a Support Worker to assist individuals in their own flats, supporting those with learning disabilities and autism. Responsibilities include helping with household tasks such as cleaning, cooking, and laundry, as well as facilitating community activities.

The Recruitment Team will discuss available services during a telephone interview.

Typical day activities may include:

  1. Supporting engagement in daily living activities and community involvement
  2. Facilitating social activities and maintaining connections with family and friends
  3. Managing our people's finances
  4. Maintaining a clean and welcoming home environment and doing shopping
  5. Providing and encouraging personal care
