Job summary

Nycil in Whitby is seeking a caring Personal Care Assistant to support a gentleman with his personal and domestic routine at home. You will assist with daily tasks, maintain his privacy and dignity, and provide gentle companionship.

Hours are 8 per week with flexible Friday to Monday slots. Occasional extra hours may be available for holidays or sickness. A DBS check is required; a car driver is ideal but not essential.

Job description

A Personal Care Assistant is required for 8 hours per week to support a gentleman with his personal/domestic routine.

The hours are flexible, to be on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday for 2 hours. With extra hours to cover holidays and sickness.

Duties: Tidy his home, help with showering, cook breakfast, taking his dog for a small walk, trips out etc.

A car driver would be ideal, but not essential

A DBS is required for this position.

The rate of pay is £13.79 per hour.
