We are seeking a reliable Personal Assistant to support a young adult who has a visual impairment, dementia and epilepsy.

Providing support primarily at a local day centre in Rainham, with occasional trips out into the community, you will be the steady, reassuring presence they need to navigate their day safely, happily and with confidence.

The person you will be supporting is sociable, humorous and absolutely full of personality.

Your responsibilities:

• Personal Care: Assisting only when required.
