Job description

Reporting to the VP, Global Sales, the Personal Shopping Manager will lead our fantastic and motivated personal shoppers with a real focus on training, upskilling, mentoring, and leading by example to ensure we meet Threads' aspiring sales growth plans.

Working as part of a wider management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that your team of up to 15 direct reports accelerates in sales and client focus, proactively developing the VIP client portfolio and strategically developing the Threads value proposition.

You will be a natural leader who is commercially focused, as well as a confident decision maker and influencer.

This role is a fixed term, maternity cover contract for 12 months.

  • Seasoned luxury sales & high networth client leadership
  • E2E customer journey management, with a data-driven and analytical approach
  • Experience in driving & managing change in a rapidly growing team
  • Comprehensive understanding of growing a luxury business across multiple platforms
Technical Abilities

  • Curiosity to embed a test-driven sales culture, using data to increase efficiency and sales output
  • Ability to manage across many different platforms seamlessly
  • Strong understanding of sales operations to support with problem- solving
Experience

  • Experience leading sales teams within an evolving business environment
  • Well established experience within luxury and high net worth client base
  • Commercial, entrepreneurial leadership mindset
  • Natural appetite to work in a fluid, dynamic start-up style space
