As our Personal Shopper, you will be the driving force of our Concierge & Services team in-store, showcasing the very best of our hospitality to clients across the world. You will work with passion and pride to maintain our high standards, drive sales, and exceed your targets.

Our clients deserve impeccable service delivered by people with a genuine passion for our renowned product range. This is an integral role for our business's success. You will need experience in clienteling, paying particular attention to your clients' needs and influencing their choices!

You must be proactive and driven, staying one step ahead of our competitors. Keep abreast of new fashion and lifestyle trends, events, and services to maximize every opportunity to deliver excellence for our clients.

Your responsibilities will include:
  1. Positively interacting with potential and existing clients, answering queries, and guiding them on our services to help them choose the most suitable options.
  2. Proactively growing your client book within your store and creating an engaging hub of styling and shopping.
  3. Maintaining our unique service standards through excellent customer care.
  4. Preparing the client rooms.
  5. Collaborating confidently with various departments.
  6. Staying ahead of the latest trends by expanding your product knowledge and monitoring competitor activity.
About the ideal candidate

We seek someone passionate about brands and styling, who understands teamwork. Experience as a Personal Shopper with a strong client base is essential. The role also requires:

  • A proven track record in luxury retail.
  • A keen interest in fashion, lifestyle trends, brands, and social media.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong team player attitude.
  • IT proficiency, especially with Microsoft Office. Experience with client management tools like Salesforce, Hero, or Select Hub is advantageous.
  • An affinity with the Fenwick brand.
