Why is this role important?

Our Personal Shoppers fulfill customer e-commerce orders with efficiency, accuracy, and attention to detail to ensure a personalized shopping experience.

What you’ll do

1. Provide excellent customer service by assisting with questions and maintaining a positive environment.
2. Shop for customers by accurately filling orders with quality products.
3. Scan products and process transactions accurately using debit, credit, cash, and gift cards.
4. Contact customers to confirm order accuracy or discuss product substitutions.

Who you are

• A team player with an eye for detail.
• Motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Resourceful and courteous when resolving customer questions.
• Motivated to learn new skills.

Experience you bring

No previous experience required; training will be provided to set you up for success.

What you bring

• Flexibility to work various hours, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
• The ability to move up to 50 lbs and remain mobile throughout your shift.
